To address the constant threat of malnutrition and lack of food security for the Buikwe Village Community in Uganda, Buikwe Village Care (BWC), a locally run charitable organization (in process for 501(c)3 status in USA) is fundraising to finance the development of a sustainable local community farm. The eventual vision is to be able to provide food and additional income to fund the full operations for a school (Bright Nursery and Primary School) for children and to address the nutritional and medical needs of the most vulnerable members of the community. Currently we can accept gifts through our Ugandan address, however your contributions will not be tax deductible until our US entity is formed.
